November 27, 2013 - Hours after former Prime Minister, Raila Odinga, attacked President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy, William Ruto, for issuing fake land titles to Coast residents to gain their support; the Jubilee Government has decided to head to Nyanza next for the same exercise.
Addressing the press on Monday, Jubilee MPs led by Majority Leader, Aden Duale, noted that the next stop for Uhuru/ Ruto would be in Nyanza, where they will issue titles to poor Luos, who have never had titles since independence despite Raila having been PM.
Duale noted that the former PM only knows how to make noise but not to help his poor people, saying Uhuru/ Ruto will beginning next month issue titles to Luos, including those from his birth place Bondo, who have been impoverished by Raila Odinga and his opposition politics for years.
Duale said despite Raila having been in top leadership and his foot soldier, James Orengo, having been the Minister for Lands, they had nothing to show for it as they failed to give titles to the people including their own and therefore have no business questioning Uhuru/ Ruto on land issues.
He said the move would silence and embarrass the former PM and bring out his selfishness towards his own people.
Duale urged Luos to come out in large numbers to receive titles when Uhuru and Ruto will hit the ground running to ashame the devil Raila.
