Kung Fu keeps Citizen TV's Janet Mbugua Fit

Its now clear that Citizen TV's news anchor Janet Mbugua stays in shape through martial arts training and eating multiple small meals a day. She says that fitness needs to be perceived as fun and games or we subconsciously avoid it. 

In a recent interview she said that the first step in any successful weight loss programme is making changes to your lifestyle - eating less, and becoming more physically active.
